The Low Pulley Split Squat is a great exercise to strengthen the back and legs
How to:
- Set up cable at lowest position.
- Grab handle and pull toward your body
- start descent down as LOW AS YOU CAN GO
- Pause at descent. Feel that squat
- Push back up to ascend, push with heels grounded
- Pause when at full length, slightly push your hips forward to engage glutes.
Tips
Do not bend forward
Keep back straight
Stay centered
