Now we work on that. We hit the floor with the Low Pulley Workout!!. Meeeehhhhhhhh

The Low Pulley Split Squat is a great exercise to strengthen the back and legs

How to:

  • Set up cable at lowest position.
  • Grab handle and pull toward your body
  • start descent down as LOW AS YOU CAN GO
  • Pause at descent. Feel that squat
  • Push back up to ascend, push with heels grounded
  • Pause when at full length, slightly push your hips forward to engage glutes.

 Tips

Do not bend forward

Keep back straight

Stay centered
